FOCUS:
Strictly back flexibility exercises to achieve the standing needle. Learning how to properly achieve the needle. Have your needle already? Variations will be given to those who have theirs down and solid.
Variations may include: floor needle, needle connected to acro, jump catch needles, needle turns, different poses within the needle etc.
ATTENTION:
All levels welcome as the class is ran with group back specific stretch and then given assignments individually to work on, receive personal feedback for each individual and a chance to show your progress at the end to others.
TOOLS NEEDED:
-Yoga blocks
-A snake band(band with the loops. KNK Miami is a great brand I recommend but any multiple loop band can work)
-Small one loop/circle resistance bands(can be purchased on Amazon)
-Yellow Thera Band (can be purchased on Amazon; other colors fine but recommend to get yellow resistance)
